Requirements and Description
Responsibilities Creates goals to meet operational standards, service levels, safety, costs, etc. Monitors performance against goals and takes corrective action when necessary. Responsible for oversight and coordination of assigned station(s) to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operational and financial performance. Oversees station activities to ensure excellent customer service. Sets, measures, and manages performance of self and others and leads team members in achieving/exceeding operational and financial objectives and goals. Oversees station budget, staffing and resource requirements. Ensures compliance with Company policies and rules and standards of all relevant regulatory agencies. Travels to assigned stations on a regular basis. Builds effective partnerships with internal departments, outside vendors, contractors, business partners, communities and other business entities and identifies new business opportunities. Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position. Qualifications Pre-requisites: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security. Supervisory experience required. Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in management or related field. Three+ years in a leadership position. Experience in airline leadership. Preferred Qualifications Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in management or related field. Experience: Five+ years of relevant experience. Relevant supervisory experience.
