Director of Enterprise Analytics 

 

The Director of Enterprise Analytics is responsible for identifying the strategy and leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of critical business intelligence initiatives and projects that will contribute to strategic decision-making across Unifi.

 

Responsibilities 

• Provide strategic planning, program development, labor management, and overall operational administration of the department.
• Create and execute the strategy and vision of Unifi by collaborating with various levels of IT and Business leadership. 
• Works closely with the internal departments and executives in an effort to guarantee the delivery of high-quality execution of the diverse array of project deliverables.
• Utilize data to drive the identification and development of innovative solutions. 
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of all relevant data sources, business intelligence technologies and analytical tools.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand the challenges and strategize on how to use data to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain metrics to effectively measure the impact of digital transformation journey.
• Review operational data and work with department leaders to provide executive summaries with recommendations.
• Provide thought leadership on how to maximize the value of our data to inform decision making capabilities
• Manage external vendors that play key roles in the BI strategy and delivery.

 

 

Qualifications 

 

• 7+ years of experience within the business intelligence field including KPI creation, reporting, data use processes.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills; deep hands-on analytical experience.
• A data-driven storyteller; ability to identify and communicate compelling insights derived from quantitative analysis
• Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred.
